Only Twirlers Nation,

Bree Bell
We are so excited to welcome Bree Bell to the Only Twirlers Social Squad! Bree is currently a second-year student at Saginaw Valley State University in Michigan and is ready to bring her passion for baton twirling and writing to the team.
Bree has been twirling for an incredible 13 years and currently twirls with Great Lakes Twirling Academy. She competes with NBTA and has big dreams for the future, continuing her college twirling career while working toward coaching her own team of high school twirlers someday.
As part of her internship, Bree will be taking on the role of Game Day Blog Post Writer, where she’ll be sharing insights, experiences, and excitement from the world of college twirling. She’s most excited about connecting with college twirlers from across the country and growing the twirling community.
Of course, we had to ask Bree about her favorite Only Twirlers merch. Her go-to picks are the stoned twirler sports bra and a boom no-drop towel for that extra boost of good luck!
When it comes to competition day, Bree keeps her energy up with Teddy Grahams (a classic choice!) and never leaves home without extra hairspray. Right before she takes the floor, she takes a deep breath, tells herself she’s going to rock it, and walks out with the confidence of a champion.
We are so thrilled to have Bree on our Social Squad and can’t wait for you to read her Game Day posts. Welcome, Bree!

When it comes to merch, she swears by the OT sports bras (so comfy!) and collects the colorful Nationals tank tops every year.
On competition days, Trudy keeps it simple—hydration is key, so she always has a small Gatorade on hand. Her number one essential is her trusty check-list, which keeps her organized and stress-free while preparing for long days. Before stepping onto the floor, she dedicates at least 15 minutes to stretching with her earbuds in, letting her favorite lock-in playlist calm her nerves and get her body competition-ready.
